Return Policy

Because every Ridgeside K9 product is printed on demand at order time, we do not stock inventory. This shapes how returns work.

What is eligible for a return

  • Damaged in shipping
  • Print defects (wrong design, mis-aligned print, color drift outside tolerance)
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Item arrived without expected components

What is not eligible for a return

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered (size charts are provided on every product page)
  • Normal variations in print placement or color across runs

How to start a return

Email owner@ridgesidek9nc.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. We respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds vs replacements

For eligible returns, we will either send a replacement at no cost or refund your order. You do not need to ship the original item back unless we specifically request it.
