Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print that does not match what was ordered, contact us within 30 days at owner@ridgesidek9nc.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund the order.

Print-on-demand specifics

Every item is printed on demand at our fulfillment partner Printful. Sizes, colors, and minor print variations are inherent to the production method. These are not grounds for refund unless they fall outside normal tolerances.

Buyer's remorse

Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Choose your size carefully. Each product page includes a size chart.

Timing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval and post to your original payment method within 7 business days after that, depending on your bank.
