Every Ridgeside K9 product is printed on demand by our fulfillment partner Printful.

Production time

Apparel: 2 to 5 business days. Drinkware, ornaments, accessories: 2 to 7 business days.

Shipping time

Standard US shipping: 3 to 5 business days after production. Total delivery is typically 7 to 10 business days from order.

Where we ship

United States only.

Order tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Lost packages

If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact your local carrier first. If the carrier confirms loss, email owner@ridgesidek9nc.com and we will work with you on a replacement.
